Which insurance companies do you accept?
We accept claims from all major New Zealand insurers — including IAG, AMI, State, NZI, Vero, Tower, AA Insurance, AON, Lumley and Swann. We manage your insurance claim from start to finish.
Do you provide a free courtesy car?
Yes — we provide a free courtesy car while we repair your vehicle, so you can stay on the road (subject to availability).
Can I choose my repairer?
Yes! As the owner, you’re in charge of who repairs your vehicle. There’s a myth floating around that your insurance company chooses the repairer, or will need you to get multiple quotes — this is no longer the case. You have freedom of choice over who carries out the repairs.
